Christian Loupeda has more than twenty-five years of experience in international development with expertise in microfinance, inclusive finance, digital finance, energy finance, mobile money, agricultural finance, financial education, social performance management in microfinance, small and medium enterprises development, capital markets and impact investing. He is passionate about pro-poor and inclusive business modeling for financial services and social enterprises to take them from start-up phase to scale. Christian’s goal is to contribute to a world where all have reliable access to services and opportunities needed to grow and thrive.
At IFA, Christian LOUPEDA is responsible for growth and marketing strategies, partnerships development, overall activities coordination and quality control. He is also part of the clients’ technical assistance team.

Peter Ndongla NZEBILE
Co-founder and Technical Director
Peter Ndongla is a strategist in Digital Finance and in financial service delivery chain management with a solid international experience in various fields (financial inclusion, banking, consulting, training). Peter has extensive practical experience in setting up Mobile Money platforms and in alternative distribution channels with mobile network operators, microfinance institutions, banks and regulators in these sectors.
At IFA, Peter is responsible for digital innovations in financial services and training.

Didier DJOI

Dr. Djoi is a specialist in rural development and rural finance totaling about twenty-five years in this sector with various experiences as consultant and staff of both private and public entities. He has extensive experience in agricultural value-chain analysis and in microfinance and was the CEO of a leading microfinance institution in Benin.

Myka Reinsch SINCLAIR

Myka Reinsch brings more than twenty years of experience in international economic development, with deep expertise in financial inclusion, women's economic empowerment, and SME development across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. She has worked extensively in both francophone and anglophone African countries — including Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo — with a career built on designing and scaling financial services that reach women, smallholder farmers, and other underserved populations.
Myka has held senior leadership positions at international NGOs and development consultancies, including as Vice President of Programs at Freedom from Hunger, where she led a Gates Foundation-funded initiative that reached over one million women across three continents. She has served as a consultant for organizations such as AGRA, Alliance for Financial Inclusion, CGAP, Grameen Foundation, GSMA, UNCDF, and UN Women, and has produced widely referenced knowledge products on agricultural finance, digital financial services, gender-smart finance, and youth financial inclusion. She is also a Board Member of the CARD MRI Development Institute in the Philippines, the training arm of one of Asia's largest microfinance networks.
At IFA, Myka serves on the Board and contributes to the technical assistance team, bringing her expertise in women's economic inclusion, inclusive finance strategy, and results-oriented program design to IFA's clients and partners.
